根据学院教学工作安排，本学期国际学生暑假放假、离校事项及下学期开学等安排如下：
This is to notify you ofthe arrangements for theSummer Vacation,students’ departure, and the registration date for thenext semester according to the teaching schedule ofHNMMC.
暑假放假时间为2025年7月8日（星期二）。下学期国际学生报到时间为2025年9月6日-7日（星期六、星期日），2025年9月8日（星期一）正式上课。新生报到时间以录取通知书为准。
The SummerVacationwill span fromJuly8, 2025(Tuesday) to September 5, 2025(Friday).The registration day for the next semester isSeptember6-7, 2025(Saturday, Sunday),regular classes will commence on September8, 2025(Monday)of thenext semester.The registration time for new students is subject to the admission notice.

For safety and security, we are kindly mind you to follow these suggestions.
暑假期间，请大家保护好自己的人身、财产安全，注意防止火灾、偷盗、疾病、溺水、交通事故、高空坠物等事件的发生。离开寝室前，请切断电源水闸，紧闭门窗。
You are responsible for your safety and personal properties during the Summer Vacation. Be vigilant against fires, theft, diseases,drowning, traffic accidents, fall from height,etc. Pleaseturn off the electricity,close the water valve,close the windows and lock the doorsbefore you leave the dorm.
请遵守中国各项法律法规，不得从事宗教传播、色情活动和商业活动。
Please observe the relevant laws and regulations of China.Engaging in religious propagation, pornographic, and commercial activities is strictly prohibited.
外出旅游或回国，不得将房间出租或借给他人使用，不得留宿访客。
During absence for traveling or leaving for motherland, your room is not allowed to be rented or lent to others, as well as put up a visit for the night.
放假期间有任何问题均可联系学院辅导员、国际交流处。
Please feel free to contact your counselor or International Exchange Division if you have any problems during the break.
放假期间如从中国离境，返程重新入境时，需携带护照，在24小时内前往长沙县公安局人口与出入境大厅（仅工作日开放，如遇周末，请延期至下个工作日前往）重新开具《外国人住宿登记表》，并在开学后提交至我处。
If you leave China during the vacationperiod, you must go to the Population and Exit-Entry Administration Hall of Changsha County Public Security Bureau within 24 hourswith your passportof re-entry (open on weekdays only; for weekend arrivals, visit the next business day)to obtain Accommodation Registration Form For Foreign Nationals. Please submit this document to our office when the semester begins.
