近日，有不明身份的机构或个人冒用“湖南大众传媒职业技术学院”名义，向申请我校国际学生项目的相关人员发放伪造录取文件，实施招生诈骗活动。该行为严重损害我校声誉，侵害申请者合法权益。为维护我校国际学生招生秩序，保障各方权益，现声明如下：
Recently, an unidentified organization or individual has been fraudulently issuing fake admission documents to applicants who applied for our international students programs to conduct enrollment scams under the name of “Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College”. Such actions have severely damaged the reputation of the college and infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of applicants. To maintain the order of the college’s international student admissions process and protect the rights of all parties involved, we hereby declare as follows:
湖南大众传媒职业技术学院国际交流处是学校国际学生招生录取工作的唯一官方机构。我校从未授权任何境外机构、中介组织或个人代表学校开展国际学生招生、宣传或录取工作。
The International Exchange Division of Hunan Mass Media Vocational and Technical College is the only official institution responsible for the international student admissions and enrollment process. The college has never authorized any overseas organizations, agencies, or individuals to represent the college in international student admission, publicity, or enrollment.
我校2026年度国际学生招生计划及官方招生简章，预计将于2026年4月通过国际交流处官方网站（https://gjjlc.hnmmc.cn/）发布。该网站系招生信息唯一发布平台，凡与其发布内容不一致的招生信息，均属虚假信息，请广大申请者切勿相信。
The 2026 international student enrollment plan and official brochure are expected to be released in April 2026 through the official website of the International Office (https://gjjlc.hnmmc.cn/). This website is the onlyofficial platform for admissions information. Any admissions information inconsistent with its content is considered false information. Applicants are advised not to trust such information.
对于冒用我校名义进行实施招生诈骗的机构或个人，我校将保留依法追究你们法律责任的权利。同时提醒广大申请者提高警惕，通过正规渠道核实信息，谨防上当受骗。如发现疑似诈骗行为，请及时向公安机关报案或与我校国际交流处联系核实。
The college will reserves the right to pursue legal action against any organization or individual that fraudulently uses the college’s name for illegal enrollment scams. At the same time, applicants are reminded to stay vigilant and verify information through official channels to avoid falling victim to scams. If any suspected fraudulent activity is discovered, please promptly report it to the public security authorities or contact the college’s International Exchange Division for verification.
